MarDona USA is a mid-sized CPG company that produces and distributes top quality gourmet products. When tasked with creating a new brand website Appdrenaline rose to the challenge and delivered an experience that is undeniably delicious. MarDona required a website that was scalable, dynamic, social and compatible cross-platform. In particular, the user experience had to surface up brand products with recipes, but without Flash integration typically used to accomplish this in competitor websites. As always, the MarDona solution required the merged creativity of designers and developers, along with incomparable client service and advisement. The outcome is a smooth environment built with open source e-commerce and content management system, .net, and You Tube technology. This whiz-bang front-end production is efficient, practical and ultimately more impressive when you consider the client-friendly and ultra-flexible content management system that serves it.
The user is able to search recipes and then seamless cross right back to the store interface to buy the product -- increasing sales through contextually relevant placement. We aren't hungry any more --neither are our users!
