Beef Fillet with Truffle Honey

Mouth watering and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fillet of beef or 12 oz New York cut
  • 1 tsp Wild Forest White Truffle Honey
  • 1 pinch ea. Black pepper, Garlic Powder, Chopped Dried Onions
  • 1 pinch Wild Forest Truffle Sea Salt (black or white)

Directions

Great for both outdoor and indoor grills as well as broiling.

Place steak on a plate and rub the garlic, onion and pepper mix onto the meat on both sides. Don't over do the rub, just enough for flavor. You can also use some olive oil or butter as a base for the rub, if you wish.

When you're satisfied with the seasoning, place the meat on the grill and cook to your liking. When the meat is ready, remove it from the grill and sprinkle a small pinch of the Wild Forest Truffle Sea Salt (black or white) over each side of the steak. Let it melt into the steak while it is still hot. As an option, you can brush on a fine coat of Wild Forest Truffle Honey to the steak. The White Truffle Honey can be used as a great alternative to steak sauce.
