This recipe is similar to that of Russian or Thousand Island dressing. But this version has more flavor and will add a unique twist to your salads, sandwiches and more.
In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and the Prickly Pear Grilling Sauce. Spread it on a roast beef sandwich, use it as a dip for carrots, or use as a salad dressing.
You will taste the creaminess of the mayo along with the slight sweet and tangy flavor of the prickly pear sauce.
