8 tortilla Corn tortillas

1 cup Low-fat shredded Cheddar cheese

4 ounces Cooked turkey breast, shredded

1/4 cup Canned cranberry sauce

1/2 cup Stuffing

2 sprays Mardona Garlic Oil Cooking Spray
Directions
1) Place 4 tortillas on a flat surface; sprinkle each with 1/4 cup cheese. 2) Top each with 1 ounce turkey and 1 tablespoon cranberry sauce and crumble 2 tablespoons stuffing on top. 3) Cover each quesadilla with another tortilla and press down firmly.
4) Coat a large nonstick skillet with MarDona Garlic Oil Spray 5) heat over medium-high heat 6) Carefully place 2 quesadillas in skillet and cook until browned on bottom, about 3 minutes. 7) Flip quesadillas; cook until browned on second side, about 3 minutes more. 8) Remove from pan, cover to keep warm and repeat with remaining ingredients. 9) Cut each quesadilla into 4 wedges and serve. Yields 4 wedges per serving
